Carbon Polymers Reaction is basically the bpo. Carbon Polymers is what the reaction makes. So if you have a hurricane bpo you would get a hurricane from it. If you have Carbon Polymers reaction you get Carbon Polymers from it.

Try finding a nullsec industrial corp. The highsec ones are hit or miss. Nullsec industry corps will most likely have capital builders = people who know what they are doing. Nullsec teaches a lot of other useful stuff not found in highsec as well....
